Cancel the bear market. Oil is going up!

The medias are talking about a bear market and oil is going to down to $40 per barrel. I think we are already at a turning point.

It does look like it is consolidating at this point so I would tighten my stop at this point. It could break the trendline and the go to the next trendline before moving higher and complete the initial structure.
