$BCH $BCH.X On Its Way To Breaking $450 This Week

Some FUD was spread on Twitter about a "51% Attack" today, lets clear some things up here. It got rewound 2 blocks. $BTC use to orphan 2 blocks regularly. "BCH got Rewound 2 blocks" is much more informative than "51% attack".

Now that the wording is corrected, Long Story Short:

Long story short:

•Miners (BTC.top , others?) decided to prevent the appropriation of segwit coins for which keys had been exposed in the BTC chain.
•A smaller miner tried to collect all those coins.
•Some person (either independently or in coordination with the miner) exploited a bug in Bitcoin ABC which prevented miners running Bitcoin ABC from creating new blocks.
•The Bitcoin ABC team released a patch.
•Miners upgraded and BTC.top proceeded with the plan.
•An unknown miner mined a block appropriating many segwit coins.
•Prohashing mined a block on top of the unknown miner.
•http://BTC.top orphaned the two blocks.
•Prohashing team complained.
•Most discussion was about
•The reality that the majority of the power uses Bitcoin ABC and the risk it represents.
•If the person exploiting the bug was a gray or black hat working with the unknown miner.
•If it was morally correct or not for a miner to take that action.
•If enabling segwit recovery had been properly planned.

Bitcoin Cash is a minority chain. In theory the chain can be 51% attacked by most BTC pools. In practice it cannot. In this case I believe most saw BTC.top actions as honest and there is no such thing as a 51% attack by honest miners.
