MNQ Verse Indicator por Santino_trading

172
The MNQ Verse Indicator is a comprehensive tool designed for intraday traders, especially for those who trade indices like (MNQ, MYM Y MES). Its purpose is to consolidate the most crucial price levels that define daily market structure into a single view, allowing traders to make more informed decisions based on price context.

This indicator automatically plots key liquidity levels, opening ranges, and higher timeframe pivots, offering a clear map of potential price reaction zones.

Key Indicator Components

ORG (Opening Range)

Calculates and plots the opening range defined between the 4:14 PM close of the previous day and the 9:30 AM open of the current day (NY time).

Includes key retracement levels within the range: 50% (Equilibrium or CE), 25%, and 75%, which often act as intraday support or resistance.

Opens (Day Open & Midnight)

Day Open: Marks the opening price of the new trading day at 6:00 PM (NY time).

NY Midnight Open: Pinpoints the opening price at midnight in New York, a significant institutional level for the session.

Sessions (Asia & London)

Delineates the highs and lows of the Asia and London sessions. These levels are crucial as they often become liquidity targets during the New York session.

Includes an option to show or hide a colored box that highlights the session's range for better visualization.

Previous Pivots (D/W/M)

Daily (PDH/PDL): Previous Day's High and Low.

Weekly (PWH/PWL): Previous Week's High and Low.

Monthly (PMH/PML): Previous Month's High and Low.

These higher timeframe pivots act as magnets for price and represent major support and resistance levels.

How to Use It

The levels plotted by the MNQ Verse Indicator can be used to:

Identify high-probability zones for support and resistance.

Frame the daily bias by observing how price reacts to these key levels.

Set take-profit targets at the liquidity levels from previous sessions.

Understand the overall market context without needing to switch between multiple charts or indicators.

Full Customization

The indicator is highly customizable. From the settings menu, you can:

Adjust the color, style (solid, dotted, dashed), and text size for each level independently.

Enable or disable each group of levels according to your strategy.

Show or hide the colored boxes for the Asia and London sessions.

MNQ Verse Indicator – by Santino_trading

Scope:
All-in-one session/levels utility tailored for MNQ with a trading week that starts Sunday 18:00 New York. Includes Opening Range (ORG), Day & Midnight opens, Asia/London session highs/lows (and optional range boxes), prior PDH/PDL and PWH/PWL (MNQ week), First FVG after 9:30 NY, and six custom macro ranges.

Core Features:
  • ORG – Opening Range (RTH logic with Monday handling)
  • Compares the prior 16:14 NY close (or Friday 16:14 close if Monday) vs the current day RTH open (09:30 NY).
  • Draws ORG High / ORG Low and optional 0.25 / 0.50 (CE) / 0.75 intermediate levels.
  • Plots after 09:30 NY once both reference prices exist.
  • Lines and labels auto-extend to the right; label offset is configurable.
  • Opens – Day Open & NY Midnight
  • Day Open = the bar at 18:00 NY (MNQ new trading day).
  • NY Midnight Open = the bar at 00:00 NY.
  • Both appear as horizontal levels with configurable style/label offset.
  • Sessions – Asia & London
  • Asia session: 20:00 – 23:59 NY.
  • London session: 02:00 – 04:59 NY.
  • Tracks session high/low live; when session closes, it fixes high/low and optionally draws a background box.
  • Separate styling and label-offset controls for each session.
  • Previous High/Low Levels – PDH/PDL and PWH/PWL
  • PDH/PDL (Previous Day High/Low): MNQ “day” rolls at 18:00 NY. At new session, previous day’s high/low get fixed.
  • PWH/PWL (Previous Week High/Low): MNQ week starts Sunday 18:00 NY. At week roll, prior week’s high/low get fixed.
  • Both extend and label to the right with configurable offsets.
  • First FVG (09:30 – 16:00 NY, ≤15 min timeframes)
  • Detects first Fair Value Gap (FVG) after 09:30 NY within RTH (09:30–16:00 NY). Only on timeframes of 15 minutes or less.
  • Detection logic (3-bar):
  •  - Bullish: high[1] > high[2] & low > high[2].
  •  - Bearish: low[1] < low[2] & high < low[2].
  • Draws the FVG area, CE line (50%) and label “1St Presented”.
  • Retains up to N most recent FVG days (user-setting). Older days auto-deleted.
  • Each label/box is pushed to right by configurable offset.
  • Six Custom Macro Ranges
  • Six independently configurable time-windows (session strings), each with: On/Off toggle, title text, session time string, background color, text color.
  • Each draws a semi-transparent background box and a label.

Inputs / Settings:
General:

  • UTC Offset (inp_utc_offset): integer from −12 to +12 (default −4 relates to New York). Derives internal timezone for all events.
  • ORG (Opening Range):
  • Show intermediate levels 25/50/75 (bool)
  • High/Low line style: color, style (Solid/Dotted/Dashed), width, text color, text size
  • 50% (CE): color, style, width, text color, text size
  • 25%/75%: color, style, width, text color, text size
  • Text offset (ORG): integer (moves lines/labels to right)
  • Opens (Day & Midnight):
  • Day Open: line color, style, width, text color, text size, text offset
  • Midnight Open: line color, style, width, text color, text size, text offset
  • Sessions (Asia & London):
  • Show Range Box: bool
  • Asia: line color, style, width, text color, text size, text offset
  • London: line color, style, width, text color, text size, text offset
  • Previous High/Low (D/W group):
  • PDH/PDL toggle: bool, line color, style, width, text size, offset
  • PWH/PWL toggle: bool, line color, style, width, text size, offset (Week logic uses MNQ - Sunday 18:00 NY)
  • First FVG (09:30):
  • Show First FVG: bool
  • Max FVG Days to Show: int (≥1)
  • Area color (bgcolor), text color, text size, text offset
  • CE (50%) line: color, style, width

Macros (1 – 6):

For each macro: Show (bool), Title (string), Session time (string, e.g., “08:00-09:29”), Background color, Text color.

Tracking & Reset Logic:

  • New MNQ session (day roll at 18:00 NY): saves prior daily high/low, resets trackers, clears prior-day lines/labels, resets opens.
  • New MNQ week (Sunday 18:00 NY): saves prior weekly high/low and resets weekly trackers.
  • ORG draws only once both reference prices exist: RTH Open and previous day 16:14 NY close (uses Friday’s 16:14 if Monday).
  • Session high/low for Asia & London track continuously then fire when session ends.

    Time Windows (NY reference):

  • Day Open = 18:00 NY
  • Midnight Open = 00:00 NY
  • RTH Open = 09:30 NY
  • ORG close reference = 16:14 NY previous day (Friday value carries to Monday)
  • Asia = 20:00–23:59 NY
  • London = 02:00–04:59 NY
  • First FVG window = 09:30–16:00 NY

All times respect the UTC offset setting.

    Labels & Right-Side Extension:

Each plotted level/box/label uses a configurable right-offset value so that the visuals remain aligned near the current bars and avoid crowding.

    Limitations & Notes:
  • First FVG logic only works on charts of 15 minute or smaller; otherwise a top-right notification appears.
  • If a session or open level does not appear as expected, verify your chart timezone and UTC Offset value (default −4 for New York).
  • Line/label/box counts are capped (500 each) — heavy history + large offsets may reach platform limits.
  • Although built with MNQ logic, indicator can be applied to other instruments — interpret levels accordingly.

    Styling Defaults (for reference):
  • ORG High/Low: black; 50% (CE): red; 25/75%: grey.
  • Day Open: orange; Midnight Open: blue.
  • Asia session: red; London: blue.
  • Daily pivots: black; Weekly pivots: teal (dotted by default).
  • First FVG area: purple translucent; CE line: semi-transparent black; label text: red.

    Usage Recommendations:
  • Keep UTC Offset = −4 if you trade New York-time MNQ.
  • Use 1 min–15 min charts especially for First FVG detection.
  • Adjust each “Text Offset” parameter so that labels slide to the right and remain clear as price moves.
