Overall Bias on US30 Long-term. Any thoughts??

This is from my overall analysis looking ahead on US30 as we approach the new year. As we seen the fed is not planning to drop interest rates for at least another 24 months. I am interested to see how it plays out for those of us who are right because this could become a MAJOR opportunity in the markets!
