The rule is buy the rumor and sell the news. The rumor about TRON (TRX) was released by the Founder of Tron and Peiwo, Justin Sun on the 4 of januari 2018. If the partnership, that is revealed this week is a big company and brings extra value to Trons services the price for sure will go up if not down we go....
