TNY trying to break this descending triangle to the upside again

Will this time be different, not unless we get some strong buy pressure EOD, they like to dump early mornings & at the end of the day. There's clearly someone or institutions trying to keep the price down, yesterday was the second time in roughly one month that someone did a market sell order for roughly 100k shares, at the same time there was stink bids on the level 2. Not a big fan of coincidences.
