Estas figuras son caracterizadas por presentar mínimos ascendentes y máximos similares hasta que el precio consigue romper dicha figura, habitualmente cerca del vértice.
En el título de la idea he querido añadir la palabra "confirmado" porque efectivamente el triángulo ha sido confirmado, tanto por 4 rebotes con la zona de resistencia situada entorno a los $6.71 como por 4 rebotes con la línea de tendencia que se puede apreciar en azul. He de decir que esto no es muy común, puesto que la práctica no refleja siempre la teoría. Sin embargo, en este caso si.
Ajustándonos a la teoría nuevamente, esta también dice que los triángulos son figuras de continuidad. Por lo tanto, es esperable que una vez roto el triángulo (previsiblemente al alza), el precio continuará subiendo.
