Biofuels - long-term growth

It seems like two biofuel stocks have hit the bottom. With trade war raging on, US farmers suffering and coming 2020 elections we can expect substantial policy shift in favour of biofuels to increase US domestic consumption of ethanol. With EW count supporting fundamentals I will be moving 10% of my capital to this industry.
