✳️ Numeraire Bullish Wave Target At 400%+, Possible?

The last major bullish wave for this Altcoin, Numeraire (NMRBTC), happened between October 2019 and August 2020... It has been down after Aug. 2020.

June 2022 NMRBTC hit a new All-Time Low.
June through August 2023 NMRBTC produced a higher low compared to June 2022, with a rounded bottom matching the same low as October 2019.

A believe a new bullish wave can develop here.
👉 Can be 400% in the medium-term... Can be more but after so many years of bearish action it is hard to tell how strong the next bull phase will be like.
