LTC shows a short on the Weekly chart!?

LTC closed its 9th weekly count on the TDS indicator 4 weeks ago and it broke it this week. Anywhere in the red parallel lines short before weekly closes.
range: .013000 - .016550
This will be a weekly play so it'll be a mid term hold so stop losses and liquidations should be past .016550 so wherever you think is a good time to short in that range remember where you'll place your stop loss.
this chart is on the 4hr time frame, to be seen more clearly and because the weekly is just one stick.
