(i) higher share price for GSN above the level of the potential outside week noted on 21st February (i.e.: above the level of $0.024).

Stop loss for the trade would be:
(i) below the low of the outside week on 18th February (i.e.: below $0.020), should the trade activate.

UPDATE (week ending 14-Mar): No activation of trade thus far - watch and wait... Aggressive swing traders could switch to straight out purchase of 'higher high' on daily chart should indicators show improvement and reward-risk ratio be appropriate for individual traders/investors.

UPDATE (week ending 21-Mar): No activation of the trade occurred this week either, even though a potential trade for aggressive traders could've occurred on Thursday 20th March with volume creeping into the stock that particular day as a 'higher high' appeared on the daily chart. However, there was no accompanying increase in RSI since the share price didn't close at a 'higher high'. Charts suggest avoid at this stage until another signal appears with respect to momentum trades.
