Short position in EUR/USD.

Keep an eye on the FED's interest rate policy.

I do not think the FED will change its policy of two more interest rate increases in 2018 after Trump's comments.

Comentarios:

The EUR will continue to fall. I do not believe that the FED will change its policy of two more interest rate increases later this year, much less that the ECB will change its tone dovish, because the ECB has already confirmed this. Therefore, the EUR follows in descending.

However, Trump's comments already tell him what he wants next year, and then yes, it may be that in 2019 the FED will not raise interest rates, or even lower, while the ECB will raise interest rates after September!

I still think the EUR / USD will hit 1.1200, around September 2018.

Until then, just bears on the way!
