Bitcoin 1H Local Resistance Updated

Yesterday BTCUSD challenged our "local resistance" with no success.

This level, the $38,000 - $39,500 price range, has been holding Bitcoin down now since 26-Jan.

Since the bulls failed to push prices higher, we will test lower support now before the next try at resistance.
