My assumption is that there's a chance we finished Wave 3 at 261.8% fibonacci extension of Wave 1, the weekly candle rejected the trendline closing bellow. If this was Wave 3, then we can expect a drop to the nex level at 38.2% or the next psycho level at 20.000 wich makes more sense with the previous ATH.
