forgot to offset the ticker data by 1 candle backwards,fixed it to stock[1]

updated to account for the missing 1,000,000 bitcoins.I added some conditional statements to change the yearly flow rate according to whether chart time frame is in monthly, weekly or daily.
However, I am unable to debug so it only works accurately on the monthly time frame.
