[JHF] SQZPRO Multi Timeframe

New version based on the original SQZPRO by Makit0, with many new features for advanced users, including:

A fourth level of compression (Very Narrow), in purple. This level displays 10% more compression than the yellow dots.
Customizable Threshold for 4 timeframes. Other timeframes adopt the "Daily" settings.
Customizable Bollinger Band and Keltner Channel Moving Average Length, to increase or decrease the sensibility depending on the timeframe.
A Reversal Signal can be displayed when the Squeeze Momentum crosses above or below its moving average.

Added Alerts to know when an assets gets to a specific squeeze level

Added values to the squeeze dots depending on their squeeze level:

0.00 = No Squeeze
0.01 = Mild Squeeze
0.02 = Medium Squeeze
0.03 = Tight Squeeze
0.04 = Very Tight Squeeze

These values can be used to set alerts on the indicator's "Squeeze Dots" series. For example "Moving Down 0.01 within 10 bars" to know when a squeeze is releasing.

Any timeframe lower than 1 hour will use the 1 hour settings instead of the daily settings.

Weekly settings now work with monthly timeframe and multi-month timeframes as well as multi-weeks custom timeframes.

Squeeze Dots are now always at 0.00 for more consistency on the charts, regardless of the squeeze level.
Removed the "JHF Theme" which had no meaning in there. Set your own custom colors in the settings :)
