Trader Set - CCI Slope Combo

This is an oscillator that I was doing R&D for developing it, it took near three weeks. If you ever use Super CCI and keep it side by side with slope oscillator, in more than few cases, day in day out, you would find that both of them show similarities. These similarities suggest that there should be a way to combine these two and get a unique indicator that would do both jobs at the same time without the complexity of CCI and WITH simplicity of Slope!

The answer for the R&D was in ehlers books. Well, not the formulas he gave to the world but the concept! Here is a combination behavior of CCI and Slope, if you ever drop ehlers Universal Oscillator near this, you would see where the concept came but they are totally different in look and behavior.

Simply multiplied the values and lines by 100, now they mimic the CCI zones and values.

Lots of code cleaning and Sanity checks for NAN values, this was causing a slight issue specially on the cross markers when the price would move fast.

- Slight change in the formula that helps better identifying divergences. also, now we have better indication of possible trend changes in this tool !
- Added a signal line that is close to what Woodi CCI had as turbo line ( Different and original formula with the same thought and idea in mind ) may turn it off later but I think I liked what I saw when using it in a very special way.

There is a big change in every oscillator related to my methodology, Added all sort of averaging types : HMA, RMA, EMA, WMA, SMA, KAMA, FAMA, MAMA. Also, where ever we are calculating momentum in any sort or shape, now user has the ability to switch the type between TSI and MACD, and not only that, but the selected momentum type will also use the selected averaging type !!!!

Added a little bit of smoothing on top of each section, turned on slow moving indicator by default. This will be final and won't change from now on.
