📘 Dual MACD — Synopsis
The Dual MACD indicator displays two separate MACD systems inside the same pane, allowing traders to compare fast and slow momentum behavior simultaneously.
What It Includes
Two fully adjustable MACDs
MACD 1 default: 12 / 12 / 9
MACD 2 default: 8 / 20 / 6
Show/Hide Toggles so each MACD can be viewed independently or together.
MACD Lines, Signal Lines, and Histograms for both systems.
Clean layout with a compact panel title: “MACD x2”
What It Helps You See
Short-term vs. longer-term momentum shifts
Faster MACD reacting to quick trend changes
Slower MACD confirming or filtering signals

1. Histogram now changes color based on MACD line position
The histogram bars for both MACD 1 and MACD 2 now automatically switch colors:
Green → when the MACD line is above zero
Red → when the MACD line is below zero
This visually highlights bullish/bearish momentum at a glance.

Toggle:
✔ Color Histogram by Zero Line?
ON: green when MACD above zero, red when below
OFF: returns to original colors
MACD 1 histogram → blue
MACD 2 histogram → green
This gives you full control to use either the traditional MACD look or the enhanced bullish/bearish color version.
