Aggregated Volume Indicator - Across biggest exchanges

This indicator allows you to view the total volume across multiple exchanges at the same time.
Currently, the indicator is pulling volume from these exchanges

COINBASE
FTX
BINANCE
BITFINEX
KUCOIN
KRAKEN

The script will pull data from coins that are available on those exchanges and sum up the volume.
