Aggregated volume for cryptos using spot and perpetual contracts but only those that are based on normal volume and not on tick volume.
Provides more reliable volume than volume from one provider.

Thanks to HALDRO because it's his code and I simplified it to create this version.

Now shows normal volume for other assets than crypto so that it's possible to have only one indicator for volume.

Added ability to override the ticker of the current chart when ticker isn't recognized:
Example:
When using the CRYPTO indexes of tradingview, sometimes the name of the crypto is different from what the other plateforms use, therefore no volume is displayed. By writing the correct ticker in the option it now works and displays the aggregated volume.
