RefinitivMenos de 1 minuto de lectura

** Shares in Derichebourg DBG drop around 11% after the French business services provider reported "solid" H1 results but subdued outlook for H2

** Co posted a 14% rise in H1 recurring EBITDA to 162.1 million euros ($183.76 million), in line with Midcap Partners' expectations

** Said it expects investments to remain below 50% of recurring EBITDA in H2

** The brokerage notes the EBITDA increase in H1 was due to easy comparables and a decline in energy bills

** "Solid H1'25 as expected, but great uncertainty for H2'25," says Midcap in a note

** Derichebourg confirmed its target for an EBITDA of 350 million euros in 2025 but on the assumption of rapid commercial agreements putting an end to the trade war, and of levels of customs duties allowing the prices and volumes of recycled raw materials in H2 to return to H1 levels

** Shares on track for worst day since May 2022, if losses hold
