XAU / USD 4 Hour Chart

Hello traders. I have marked my area of interest but for now I am just waiting. The current 4 hour chart is all choppy trash to me. I am waiting to see later what happens with the overnight sessions to get out of my no trade zone. I can see a scalp up from the 2316 area towards the 2326 area but for me I will wait for a break and close above or a rejection from the 2333 area.
