An easy way to calculate actual risk

Before executing a trade it's very IMPORTANT that you know the exact amount of money you're risking on that trade so that you don't end up taking a very big risk. Suffering losses is NORMAL in forex trading and the only way to make sure that you do not get psychologically affected by your trades or to ensure you don't blow your account is by applying proper risk management. The idea is to risk between 2-4% of your equity on ALL your running trades. I hope this helps someone.
