The price index is trying to break the above once but failed.
The previous corresponding resistance was tried six times before it was breached through
a violent bullish leap which ended in historic HH of the recent past.
It is expected to remain in the highlighted region for the same number of days before
becoming bullish.
The estimated date for making a bullish move is after Thursday somewhere.
