I see a Cup & Handle
Wait for the dip or you can play the dip (handle)
Get in when the break out of the handle occurs because i think it will go up much higher if this is correect

I believe workhorse has reached its end of the handle and we just need to hear good positive news about the contracts from usps and maybe other contracts with workhorse to see it go up to the $40 mark.
