VIX: CBOE adjusted the VIX to 13.95 after it dropped below 12
for a lower low. Today's low should mark the end of wave 5 with 13.95 point A of the ABC correction. Interesting note is that every time CBOE does that, VIX continues to drop the next several days. This could account for wave B.
