0211 New Plan USOIL reject from pressure zone for a new low?

USOIL is consolidating now.
It is possible for it to retrace back to fibo 786 for a new low before heading up to 100.
Good luck on double top for correction plan.
Breakout plan could happen if USOIL only make a higher low above Fibo 382 support level.
