BULLISH ON TLT and the DOLLAR
This will be an idea i have to explain below

On the right we have the DXY showing a classic pitchfork reversal- ABC pivots and price reversing before it gets to the median line which bisects BC from A

First thing i'll say is tlt usually runs with the dollar and they don't diverge for long so if you are bullish on the dollar mid term it's difficult to be bearish on TLT

it's currently trying to establish price and volume support at this level

BIG PICTURE

Since the GFC: TLT has had: circa 4 year, back-to-back- bullish cycles
within these cycles we can see typical 5 pivot moves followed by an ABC type corrective move
I believe TLT is now at the start of another bullish move up (towards a 3 pivot- ie Elliott Wave 3)
I am not a believer in Elliott wave theory per se but i do believe most impulsive moves have 5 key pivots
This sort of move we are expecting upto a 3 pivot could take price to around $200, but there maybe a corrective wave making a 3,4,5 instead
If the above happens then inflation will indeed have been 'transitory'
