When the market hits your Stop Loss,
Instead of panicking and bitching.
Or even crying.
Do this.
First take a deep breath.
A Stop Loss triggers a lot of negative emotions.
- Your body shakes,
- You get angry,
- You get nervous.
Calm your body down by closing your charts.
Then let it go.
Turn off your ego and accept the loss.
It's just a loss. One out of a million more trades.
You are not going to die because of one loss.
Simply accept it and let it go.
Journal it.
Reanalyze the market again and understand why you were wrong.
Don’t rush back into the market.
If you feel like you know the next move after the loss - you are revenge trading.
Step aside and don't trade.
