PER - Longer term momentum trade from $3.79 to $5.13 & higher

PER seems breaking out its long term down trend followed by consolidation. It had a big break with huge volume. And in long term it showing upward momentum. We think it has huge potential to go above $5

February 7th- this has hit our stop previously but looks ready to continue higher. We will watch for a break above today's high as a new possible entry zone criteria
