I believe Neo is holding on the lower support It will test the upper resistance at about .0165ish and then fall on the lower support before making a run to .018 or about 200 dollars. I doubt it will make it to 200 dollars before crashing . Its in an ascending wedge, it will fall to the bottom support from that point. I would put in a short order once it reaches for the resistance at .018
