NASDAQ - Bullish Ascending Broadening Wedge Pattern???

What do you think? Searching the web suggest that this is a bullish pattern with a target of 70% above the top of the pattern. This would make sense in that it would give us a nice double top.

OR is it just a down channelNota
Made a weak rally right up to the down channel resistance line.
