I see accumilation here for LTC same idea here with BTC , big level holding, currently on the spring, will need a secondary test to test demand then a push to the upside to try and jump creek. (look at drawn line showing us sign of strength. IF we can close bullish on higher time frames, we should have the opportunity to move forward to head for the LPS . Phase 2 to Phase 3 loading!
