OPENING (IRA): IYR APRIL/MAY/JUNE 54/55/56 SHORT PUT LADDER

Yet another acquisitional setup in the IRA, filled for 9.38 total.

Notes: I already have some IYR covered calls in the IRA (3.50% yield), but figured I'd potentially add here on this brutal down move. I would note that markets are wide and had to nickel down or more to get a fill on the ladder as a unit. And we'll see how that goes ... .

The first rung at 56 expires worthless, leaving the May 55's and the June 54's. Will consider adding a rung back in on weakness.
Operación activa
Post-mopex, adding in some 16 delta June at the 57 strike for 1.59, as there currently is no July. Total credits collected of 10.97.
Operación activa
Pulling off the May 55's for .03, which is about as worthless as it gets, leaving me with the June 54's and 57's. 30-day IV is still pretty decent here at 47%, and I've now got a July expiry to use, so adding a rung at the 62 strike (~16 delta) in July for 1.56. Total credits collected: 10.97 - .03 + 1.56 = 12.50. Resulting setup: June 54P/June 57P/July 62P.
Operación activa
This has taken quite a dump here over the last week or so from a high of 75 to today's finish at 69, so added in a September (44.4% IV) rung at the 54 strike for 1.98, with total credits collected at 14.48 and the resulting setup: June 54P/June 57P/July 62P/September 54P.
Operación activa
Out of the June 54 for .18; scratch at 14.30.
Operación activa
Out of the June 57 for .24; scratch at 14.06 and leaving me with the July 62 and September 54 puts.
Operación cerrada manualmente
Closing the June and September's as a unit for .55 here, so made 13.51 ($1351).
