Distribution or Re-Accumulation for IWM? para AMEX:IWM por MannyKaye

Are we witnessing accumulation in IWM before another leg higher or is this is the start of the distribution phase?

I am thinking distribution after the failed breakout at the top of the range and now a rejection at the bottom of the range after the throwback.
