The World Bank and the Stock Index of Largest Country on Earth?

This chart is of the "Russian Economy" and the price doesn't seem to agree with the World Bank GDP data for Russia?

It seems that just like the stock market of 2020 when the stocks go up but the GDP goes down?

According to the world bank "russian" economics has been falling apart since about 2013?

What components or whats the problem? The Russian Economy is very dependent on Export to Netherlands, Finland, and Turkey so perhaps they need to focus more on export to closer places like Finland since roughly half of the entire economy of Russia comes from Moscow and Saint Peterborough areas?

What do you think is the solution? and how can Central Russia help the Middle East or even for Eastern Russia help Asia? It must be a very complex interaction between Russia and the rest of the world!

Hope this helps!
