No Such Thing as Bubbles

Just read a story about Biotech being in a bubble and honestly thought the IBB chart looks familiar. Now, I know I have no experience in the stock market but what is parabolic? Isn't Costco parabolic now? Does it need to break 210 in the next couple of months to be considered parabolic?

Anyway, here's IBB compared to JACK, UA, and Apple. And yes, I know these companies are making real products that are shipping, rather than holding patents and running trials that may or may not hit the jackpot. Still, some charts give me pause...
