High flyer illiquid so people will panic. Still trades with a 50% premium. They are raising funds so new buyers coming it at NAV can sell for a 50% gain with no work. Bitcoin doesn't look strong so that premium can contract for short periods of time, especially with a catalyst and volume selling.
