Price opened above the kumo on 4H, dropped back into the cloud and broke again above it. Looking to chikou span 26 period back, this is not a kumo breakout. Not at the first breakout and not at the second breakout. Comparing to what is happening on lower timeframes I think this is still neutral which can become bearish. Based on how RSI evolution, price may drop a bit to find support 1,06560 and maybe lower on the black resistance which now will probably be a support. Although this is just analyse and all this can be wrong.

As predicted price dropped back to 1,06560 just before the close of the day. Now it's looking at the Italian news which can be bullish or bearish. This is for next week opening. I must admit that I was expecting a rise of eur in the longer term but I was hoping for a double bottom. It would have been a great opportunity. It's regrettable but things are not moving this way. Although eurusd closed above 1.0620 and showed stability on the 4H and this may bring a push above 1.0708 levels but will also bring strong pressure which can turn red very fast.

It continued dropping and almost hit the black resistance which became support. Based on RSI, I see a potential up move. I close the position at 1,05788. Nice trade !
