EURUSD: Lowest volume in the year
I guess it should come as little surprise that yesterday’s trading day, being bang in the middle of August, provided us with our lowest volume day of 2020 (thanks, ecommerce team).
However, the dollar drifted lower during that session, and again overnight, pushing EUR towards the top of its recent consolidation phase as we open this morning.
Often repeated here over the past few weeks, we remain bullish EURUSD overall and will add to longs on a sustained break above 1.1920 (as well as dips toward 1.17).
Summer markets these may be, but market volatility is holding up for now. Stay long.
