Short setup - sell at 1.0967 and under previous low to tgt 1.0640 again. Stop depends on your personal MM rules. I think to use close one with manual execution.
Long setup - buy above previous low and above 1.0974/84 to tgt 1.10. Stop rules the same as with short setup.
