A head and shoulders seems to be forming, the price has just hit the support of the previous shoulder and started to make its way up forming the second shoulder, I believe the price would make its way to the high of the previous shoulder and if the price bounces at this point it is very likely that the price would start to make its way down. Once the neckline is broken we could see massive bearish moves. The price has just bounced off a very strong support level showing signs that the price may actually be able to test the resistance level created by the previous shoulder. Fundamentals would play a big role in this and I would keep everyone updated on what is happening in the news and also any patterns that I am able to spot in the price.
