Bearish Crossover giving early hint about ECB tonight ?

I am going short on EURO/USD from 1.133 and adding more short on spikes anticipating that 9 ema and 26 ema would suppress the price on a closing basis. As we see all central banks are coming up easing measures, ECB should be no different, depending on what kind of monetary policy tools they use the impact would be seen accordingly. My minimum take profit goal here is 1.12300

I am keeping the stop loss bit tight on this one just in case ECB decide to give hawkish surprise, which is unlikely
