Eth Possible All Time High Breakout Update

I expect a big move ahead.

Will wait for the breakout or buy the dip near the fib level expecting a bounce.

I think it should break upwards due to all the uncertainty around Bitcoin with this HF discussion lately. That has been helping alts a lot.
