Im not a fundamental trader but today i received an email confirming Ebays proposals of a split with it's sister company Paypal., which I think has been holding Ebay up over the past couple of years in it's struggle to compete against other online giants such as amazon.
The chart clearly shows a bearish flag formation & looks to be tiltering on the edge of what would be a massive decline to it' previous resistance level around 36.0
