DXY Moving Lower

The monthly candle is still active which shows that it bounced from the daily level which I marked in blue previously. This means that It made a double top on a lower time frame and now it is moving lower. I need to see if the price is able to reach the lower level at around 100.00 (Round number) before the end of this month currently it is at 103.815.
