In RTM style, One of the power patterns is QM. This pattern is of reversal type and spotting correctly insures highly profitable trades taking place.
How to Spot the pattern??
Let's say you are in a down trend, following should happen to have a valid setup.
1. Price makes a LL after making L.
2. Price takes out Last H and Creates HH.
3. if it breaks it strongly your chances are even huge.
4. Mark the L as your entry for long trade.
What if you are on a up trend, following should take place to have a valid setup.
1. Price makes HH after making H.
2. Price takes out the last L and creates LL
3. if it breaks it strongly your chances are even huge.
4. Mark the H as your entry for Short trade.
