For active trading - We don't know if BTC will rise or fall. Alts fall in large dips, or alts fall when btc rallies. Plan accordingly. Previous strategy ARK channel trading failed during a small btc rally. VIBE and ELF are rallying now, but will fall if btc dips or rallies. Recommended open alt trades and to set alerts using some kind of phone app and use stop losses on your alt trades.
