a looming death cross i believe wont happen

in my charting using the daily time frame I have 5 confluence bullish patterns and bullish scenarios, there is a death cross in next day or two looming but I believe it wont happen because of these bullish factors in play, a falling wedge, a bull flag, a rsi oversold, a LRC linear regression oversold in negative territory and sitting on major support, so on my chart i give you a long position u can put in now, a take profit, risk/reward 8:1 a stop loss, and leverage u should be using . this will be a swing trade lasting up to a month
