As long as there are a lot of people that believe that the dollar will pump, BTC will go sideways for a while. However no matter what happens it's very unlikely that the dollar will go back into a permanent uptrend. At the moment Europe is under lockdown and the USA is a very unstable situation, even with all that going on the DXY can't seem to exceed 91. As soon as Europe comes out of the lockdown the DXY will tank.
